Expressing oneself in an offensive or derogatory manner towards someone else
Mocking or making ill-intentioned comments
Disqualify or discredit
Retaliate
Threats of any kind

C. FREE RESOURCES

For any resource, information or service on our website that is provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind.

D. LEGAL NOTICE

Any non-compliance with one or more of the terms indicated in paragraphs A, B, C or D, is at the discretion of the company and it is entitled to apply one or more internal sanctions or penalties punishable by law depending on the seriousness of the Client's infringement.

Internal Sanctions:

Blocking of one or more of your membership services
Suspension of membership for 1 day to 1 week
Suspension of membership for 3 weeks or more
Permanent suspension of your membership

The Consulting Company EGSciences SpA undertakes to monitor and enforce compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of EG-Academic, as well as their renewal and revision over time.
